While we serve clinics and healthcare-adjacent businesses, AI Edge Promotions does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Our marketing, content, and AI services are strictly business and promotional in nature. Any content we create for healthcare clients must be reviewed by appropriately licensed professionals before publication, and clients are solely responsible for ensuring their marketing materials comply with applicable healthcare regulations.

Communication Consent

By providing your contact information and engaging with our services, you consent to receive communications from AI Edge Promotions via email, phone, and SMS. These communications may include service updates, project status information, marketing materials, and business-related messages. Limitation of Liability

AI Edge Promotions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing or SEO services, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for changes to these platforms' policies, algorithms, or terms that may affect the performance of our services. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and credentials on third-party platforms.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful to our business or other clients.

Changes to Terms
